What does the dotted line represent when creating the bumper sticker? Before I add my image, there's a dotted line, then I add my image (based upon the template on the site) and a small portion of my image is outside of the dotted line.

Safe text areas. So if you have any text, or the customer adds text, it should be inside those guidelines for printing.

anything outside the red dotted line may be cut off the image - or it may show - so if your design is full bleed make it go to the edges but do not put anything important outside those dots
