White color invisable on black shirts

I've never experienced this before.I have a lot of images that have white on black shirts.But I've created some new images that the white is invisible on black products.I've tried jpg,png,tif,and putting a white back ground then flattening the image with no luck?

if you are saving as a jpg or a png with NO transparencies - when you make the image in zazzle you have to uncheck the show white as transparent under the settings area

if you save as a png with transparencies then it will still show white

thanks, I had the same problem. Is that a main setting, or for each product as you are designing?

each product....

i recommend if you are making the images yourself you save your images as PNG with transparent backgrounds....otherwise you will have the white square around ur image
