I can't access my dashboard for this store! I keep getting that silly error message
"An unexpected error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. If you got to this page after manually entering the URL into the Address field of your browser, please make sure that it is spelled correctly."
anybody else having this problem? It doesn't seem to be affecting any of my other stores. just this one.
and it's another few hours before I can call CS.
anyone have any ideas?
edit to add: i can access all the other tabs if I go through my store front and click the link for "manage this store category"
but my dashboard and earnings tabs are not working.

Whew!! OK, nice to know I'm not loosing it guess I'll just have to wait a bit until they wake up in Cali and find out what's going on. Thanx for posting RenImasa. I'm getting the error message on lots of pages today. Seems to work ok by refreshing or going back then clicking the link to the page I want to go to again.

Tried and tried and tried... (and tried again!) to create a product through the dashboard this morning with no success.  Good thing I copy/paste my tags just incase - although selecting categories repeatedly is getting irritating.

I gave up on .com and am working on .co.uk just now. It's also having problems but doesn't seem to be AS bad.

We had two windows this morning where all Zazzle sites were unavailable for transactions. Both issues have been remedied. We apologize for the inconvenience.
