I'm having a problem, when I go to post links for the "Ideas for promotion" postings and I need to sort by product type the list is so long I can't get anything below postcards.
Since it's a flash dropdown (I assume) the minute I click on the right to try to scroll down it goes away. I'm full screen on a 15" laptop using firefox. Any suggestions? I use a pen tablet due to tendonitis so no scroll button on a mouse.

add the product list to your side bar - then access ur store as a shopper instead of a shopkeeper... http://www.shopaholicchick.com/zazzletutor/productslist.html

You can also just type in the product you want in your search box. But I love the product list in the side bar.
Sorry to hear of your tendonitis. Hope it gets better soon.

I will sometimes make sure I have any unnecessary tool bars for the browser I used turned off and even temporarily turn off the status bar for the browser. But probably easier than that is to press the f11 function key on your keyboard to put the screen in full view mode and then press it again when you are done.

I love you guys! That's the FIRST time I've ever seen the bottom of the list.... Shopa-thanks for the link, I do need to do that. If I can't see them as a shopkeeper I bet there's a shopper who doesn't see them and won't search! Sensato-is there a search box when you're in the "products" tab while working on the store? Or are you referring to when you're looking at your store as a shopkeeper? My tendonitis will be a lifelong battle because I also play bass guitar and percussion, do art, do bonsai (requiring a lot of scissor use), etc.....basically everything I do requires using my hands a lot leading to flareups. And the only way to get over tendonitis is to NOT use the affected part. I only sit still when sleeping or really sick sooo I'm constantly reminding myself to slow down . Thanks for the thought! Eclectic- would you believe I've been using computers since they were only Apple's and I've never heard of/used F11? Wow...and it works...Great! Amazing how what one person uses cosntantly another has never even heard of . to all of you! Wonder if zazzle has somehow fixing the drop down to be two colums or something on the fix it list?

Well, I would (or someone else would) accidentally do something in whatever program was being used that would make it go to full screen. And I would have no idea what had happened or how to fix it so I would be frantic and eventually just reboot the whole computer to fix it ... until I found out that it was the f11 key that would restore things to normal. If Zazzle keeps adding products they'll have to do something about how long that list is. On my computer I can just barely see everything on the list, but if I were on a laptop with a shorter screen I'm sure I wouldn't. As for your tendinitis have you tried natural remedies such as nutrition to help it? Sometimes being deficient in some things can cause things like that to be worse. I believe I've heard that vitamin C and natural (not synthetic) Glucosamine Sulfate can help with that among other things.

Yes, I was referring to looking at the store, sometimes I go there instead of the products tab when selecting something to submit to the Ideas to promote area. Weird, the F11 key isn't doing anything when I'm on that product scroll down...and I'm on a Mac too.

To see the entire product list, I just use the scroll bar on the right to move the page down (therefore the dropdown menu moves up).

Thanks, Eclectic! Sensato, I'm on my netbook right now, and I had to press the "Function" [Fn] key with the F11 key to get it to work. Do you have a Function key to try it with? Patricia PR Prints
